These Terms apply to all visitors, users, registered members, business owners, and others who access or use the platform (collectively, "Users").

By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse service to any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Users may submit reviews, comments, photos, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content; however, by submitting content, you grant Nikat Solutions Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit; (b) your content does not violate the privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights of any third party; (c) your content is accurate and not misleading; and (d) your content complies with all applicable laws.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion without notice.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content or reviews
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users or businesses
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or spiders to access or collect data
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality or security
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the platform
• Circumvent any measures we use to restrict access to the platform
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation without our prior written consent

Business owners who list their businesses agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. We reserve the right to verify business information and remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or violate our policies.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listing information. Business listings are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement by Nikat Solutions Private Limited.

False claims of business ownership may result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

The platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement) are owned by Nikat Solutions Private Limited, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Nikat name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Nikat Solutions Private Limited. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nikat Solutions Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the platform
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the platform.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Nikat Solutions Private Limited. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on this page.

Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page periodically so you are aware of any changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:

• The Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder
• The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
• The Indian Contract Act, 1872
• The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Any other applicable laws and regulations of India

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent of the parties.
